Q: Where are you located?

A: Vital Health Supplies is located in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Shipping & Handling for Canada is $15.99, and for the United States orders $17.99 and for international orders $19.99.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship from our Affiliate Office in Vaughan, ON, from our Home Office in Summerside, PEI, and 95% of our shipments are generated from our Fulfillment Center in Brampton, ON.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We ship Worldwide.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: If you are ordering the minimum order, your costs are stated on the Order Form. If you wish to order larger amounts other than the minimum, please email the type of product, the size of your order, and the delivery destination. We may have to request a firm quotation from the shipping company and get back to you.

We will seek the best possible options from all our shipping partners…FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, DHL, etc. Please make us aware, if you have an account with a shipping company or a preference.

Shipping & Handling for minimum orders in Canada is $15.99, to the United States is $17.99 and for International orders $19.99.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: A: We have engaged the services of a Fulfillment Center. All orders that are in the system by 9:00 AM every weekday are picked up and processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be processed and shipped the next day. Note: the Fulfillment Center does not process orders on weekends.
